Treatment Not Trauma :: Community Teach-Ins

Come join members of The People’s 32nd & the Treatment Not Trauma campaign as we discuss the ongoing efforts to reopen the public mental health clinics and scale our non-police mental health crisis response system!
We’ll be talking about what Treatment Not Trauma is, the vision for a public care infrastructure, and how we can jointly achieve our goals for creating a safer, and more thriving Chicago for everyone.
We'll have 3 sessions (all the same content) in the late Summer & early Fall: 1. Thursday, August 24th @ Pilot Project Brewing (2140 N Milwaukee) - cohosted with 1st Ward United 2. Sunday, September 10th @ Beermiscuous (2812 N Lincoln) - cohosted with Neighbors of the 44th Ward 3. Virtual, Date TBD (late September)
Our virtual session in late September will have captioning for those that would prefer a session that has written captioning and is virtual.
